Beginning as a Finance Manager in the auto industry, RJ then managed four branches across Tampa, Miami, Orlando, and Jacksonville in the mortgage industry. Transitioning into retirement planning, RJ continued his streak of success, earning accolades such as the New Agent of the Year award in 2023 among 2223 new agents with The Guardian.
